Of course it is!! Every single material used in our PurrPad Pro production is non-toxic and safe for extended use with all cats, other pets, adults, and children. Unless you or others in your household have an allergy to cardboard or paper, our material is 100% safe!

What is your return and refund policy?

We offer returns and free replacements only for items that were damaged in shipping or delivery, proof has to be provided via our support email and the package must be sent back to the original sender. Once we've received it we are happy to replace your order!

Can I change the image on the laptop screen?

Yes! The PurrPad Pro screen can be replaced by a printed image on a normal sized peice of printer paper. To replace your image you will need to slide the original laptop screen image out from the right side of the screen's edge, and replace it with your image in the same spot.
